2nd Layer: Mental Body (Manomaya Kosha)
3rd Layer: Energy Body (Pranamaya Kosha)
4th Layer: Etheric Body (Vignanamaya Kosha)
5th Layer: Bliss Body (Anandamaya Kosha)
The 1st 3 Layers of the body are all a part of the physical body, each plays a role in the movement of our bodies. The last 2 are anything but physical. History says they require us to look far beyond the physical and deep into our inner soul. The effort to find these spaces is a lifelong journey.
